It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of the founder, owner and CEO of DK Jones Ltd., Mr Desmond Jones.

Des passed peacefully in his sleep on Friday 22nd November at Warwick Hospital after a brief illness. Des was a kind, generous and devoted father and leader who will be missed tremendously by all who knew him.

​

Des founded DK Jones Ltd. in 1983, and his entrepreneurial spirit, dedication, and vision have since grown his work into a world-renowned and respected business. His commitment to developing relationships with suppliers and customers alike led many in the industry to count Des as a friend. His passing is a great loss to the business and the industry.

His legacy and that of DK Jones Ltd. is assured with leadership of the company now passing to his sons, Chris and Matt. Both have spent the last decade working in DK Jones Ltd. and are determined to uphold the success of the business.

Des is survived by his partner Ann, and their three sons, Chris, Matt and Nick.
